A standard production line includes an Auto Feeder for precise aluminum foil coil feeding, an Auto Press for high-speed container forming, and an Auto Stacker for automatic product collection and stacking. The line also incorporates an Auto Blader for efficient blade maintenance, an Auto Rewinder for scrap foil rewinding, an integrated scrap recycling system featuring an Automatic Scrap Aspirator and Hydraulic Scrap Compactor, followed by automated packaging equipment including an Automatic Cartoning Machine, Automatic Heat Shrink Wrapping Machine, and Automatic Lid Press Machine. Each production stage is synchronized to ensure continuous operation and maximum productivity.

The production line is equipped with a centralized Mitsubishi PLC control system and an intuitive touchscreen interface, allowing operators to monitor and manage the entire manufacturing process from a single control panel. Modular equipment design enables future expansion or equipment upgrades as production requirements grow. Safety fencing, emergency stop systems, and multiple protection features ensure reliable operation while complying with international industrial safety standards.
