The heat shrinking machine wraps the product with heat shrinkable film and heats it to shape it. With its dual capabilities of "sealing protection" and "visual enhancement", it has become a standard packaging equipment in the food, medicine, electronics and other industries. The sealing layer formed after shrinkage can block the penetration of water and oxygen, extending the shelf life of the drug by 20%; for fragile products such as glass bottles, its cushioning performance can withstand a 1.5m drop impact. Compared with traditional carton packaging, the cost of PE film is reduced by 40%, and the automated production line reduces labor input by 60%. If wrinkles appear after shrinkage, check the uniformity of hot air circulation or adjust the conveyor belt speed.
